Out of town? If you have an order going out of town, state or country- we will gladly help you. See our delivery policy for details. We are ranked in the top 250 by Teleflora for the volume of orders sent out of town. We are proud to have achieved this by giving superior service at a reasonable price. You'll be happy to have a local florist to represent you and convey your needs.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

If you are calling about an order which you have already sent to us through the website, then please call us at 800-278-2634. All of the website orders print out at our Schenectady location and are routed from there.

LOCALLY - Our local delivery charge ranges from $5 to $7.50 depending upon location and distance. The delivery charge is assigned by the zip code you enter. If you don't know the zip code or enter the wrong information, then we will correct it for you after we receive your order.

OUT OF TOWN -

PRICES OUT OF TOWN MAY VARY FROM THOSE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. IF AN OUT OF TOWN FLORIST CHARGES MORE THAN WHAT IS LISTED ON YOUR CHOICE, WE WILL CALL YOU. WE TRY TO KEEP OUR PRICES REASONABLE, BUT SOME AREAS OF THE COUNTRY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE.

If you choose a city outside our delivery area, then we will contact another florist for you. We handle the billing, communicating and all guarantees of satisfaction. You will see $12.50 entered as a delivery charge. We give $7.50 dollars of that to the florist who fills the order to cover their delivery charge. Our service charge for handling your order is the other modest $5.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Orders placed on a Sunday will nor be delivered on that same Sunday. We do deliver Weddings, Parties and Funerals on Sundays if placed before 1:00 p.m. Saturday. We are not able to make residential deliveries on Sundays.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses require a phone number. We do not deliver to most cemeteries.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
